These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at liveringhousegardencenter.com (the “Site”) and all related services, including our in‑store services, landscaping and lawn care services, and our communications via email, phone, and SMS/text messaging (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Description of Services
LiveringHouse Garden Center (also known as Brandon Sod) is a Florida‑based garden center offering a wide selection of palm trees, tropical plants, fresh sod, and professional landscaping services. We help customers design, build, and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, including lawn care, sod installation and repair, landscaping design, hardscaping, and irrigation installation services.Hi there! My name is Jessica, and fashion design is one of my passions. I strive for a fashion brand that inspires elegance in everyday life. My philosophy is built into every piece I create — I never sacrifice durability for beauty.
We also provide customer support and service updates through our CRM and marketing platform, which may include email, phone calls, voicemail, online meeting calls, and SMS/text messaging.
User Responsibilities
When you use our Site or Services, you agree to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or are otherwise engaging in harmful or inappropriate conduct.
Certain Services, such as the purchase of plants, sod, materials, or landscaping services, are offered for a fee. Payments are typically processed through Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed Payments, which accept major credit and debit cards and supported digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
SMS Messaging Terms
LiveringHouse Garden Center may offer an SMS/text messaging program to provide customers with information related to our products and services. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us.
Types of Messages
When you opt in to our SMS messaging program, you may receive: email and sms marketing messages, transactional messages about your orders and quotes. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, order or delivery updates, service notifications, promotions, special offers, and other messages related to our garden center and landscaping services.
Opt‑Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 813‑502‑6524. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message Frequency
You will receive daily, weekly, monthly, appointment‑based, email subscription‑based, trigger‑based. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Consent & Privacy
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. We obtain your consent before sending SMS messages, and you may withdraw your consent at any time by following the opt‑out instructions above. Use of GoHighLevel and Communications
All such communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
We use a customer relationship management and marketing platform (GoHighLevel) to store contact details, manage communications, send emails, SMS messages, voicemail drops, and appointment reminders, and track website and campaign performance.
By providing your contact information to us, you acknowledge that:
•We may store your information in our GoHighLevel account for the purpose of managing your relationship with us.
•You may receive emails, phone calls, voicemail messages (including ringless voicemail), online meeting invitations (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams), and SMS/text messages related to your inquiries, orders, quotes, or services.
•We will obtain your consent where required before sending marketing SMS communications, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, as well as the overall design and “look and feel” of the Site, is owned by or licensed to BRANDON SOD GARDEN CENTER CORP and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, print, or download content from the Site for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
